"Personhood" in Colorado

This fall, Colorado and Georgia could vote on a law change that would legally define "personhood" as beginning at the moment of fertilization. Depending upon who you talk to, the change could mean nothing... or lead to overturning Roe v. Wade. You'll see what we mean when you hear from those organizing for and against the ballot initiative. The UpTake's Corrine McDermid looks at what this law change could mean to her personally and to other women. Other notes: Other States have had similar measures on the ballot recently, many authored by the Thomas Moore Law Center (Colorado's initiative wasn't written by the Law Center, but the language was approved by them).
