Dear the world overseas Chinese, We show a moving image of a Chinese two-handed sword technique "MiaoDao" competition, held at Tohoku University, Japan on November 3, 2007, to commemorate the Beijing Olympics 2008. The competition was proposed by Japan-China Kendo Federation to develop the Zhong Yang Guoshuguan (Central Guoshu academy) opening celemony held at Nanjing, China. The academy contributed to upgrade the Chinese martial arts to the Chinese national sport in 1928. The "MiaoDao" competition is also based on professor Ma Mingda's study "History of martial arts interchange, China, Japan, and Korea." (Ma Mingda: he is a history professor of Jinan University, Guangzhou, China). Exhibition:"NIPPON KENDO KATA" Chinese martial arts: 通備十路弾腿, 八極小架, 大通備翻子拳招法 世� �の華僑の皆様へ 2008年北京オリンピック開催記念 中日友好の礎となる、中国広州キ南大学歴史系・馬明達教授の研究「歴代中国・日本・朝鮮武術交流史」に基づく双手刀法「苗刀」競技会を、1928年、武術を国術にした民国中央国術開館典礼の再現に沿って映像により公開します。
