技術簡介: 複合型光學擴散膜片� 術為工研院材化所高分子精密加工實驗室所研究完成，此技術是以光擴散為主，聚光為輔的微光學設計模式，完全無擴散粒子，運用純透明高分子材料特性與一體成型熱塑成型方法，有別於傳統機械微結構加工法與UV成型方式。本膜片可直接置於燈源上方，搭配一片下擴散膜（兩片）與傳統的四片組合比較（擴散板/下擴散膜/BEF/上擴散膜），輝度表現不相上下，色度更是接近燈源的原色，同時具有RGB LED背光混光之效果，強 ��LED光效率與色彩表現。 若您對本技術有任何合作相關問題或意見,請詳材料世界網 www.materialsnet.com.tw Abstract: A new diffuser has been developed to provide higher luminance and to substitute diffuser plate of LED backlight. We can construct different shape of micro lens array in one manufacturing process and successful replicated to transparent thermoplastic sheet with 2mm-200um thicknesses. The lighting efficiency of the LED backlight is increased and the luminance enhancement of the direct-type LED backlight module is more than 30%.
