This tune is from the excellent "In My Lifetime, Vol. 2... Hard Knock Life" record, and it features Amil-lion and Big Jaz. The track was produced by Timbaland. It features a choppy and syncopated groove, proving quite the challenge to play along with. I was feeling particularly inspired by this one night (despite achieving only two hours of sleep), and just let the camera roll. What you see is what you get, clams and all. I improvised throughout the entire song, excluding when Big Jaz spits in the third verse. I was always enthralled by the rhythm and dynamics of Big Jaz's rap, so I sat down and transcribed it.
