The exact statements of the order from trial in the Supreme Court of Florida on this issue was:"... Respondent's argument clearly demonstrates his failure to understand that the right to be heard is not limited to only being heard in person. The right is preserved by permitting a party to submit his or her position in writing."and this was fairly synthesized given the 30 second time constraint, or so I do firmly believe. The above ruling is beyond absurd, but the failure of the system to catch all the corrupt judges covering up (in a conspiracy of the most fundamental sort) this absurdity and the reason it was issued is beyond absurd, beyond criminal, but at least one of the greatest perfidious acts and an American judge (or judges as in this case) perpetrate!
